Discover the distinctive character of wines produced among the dramatic mountain landscapes of northern Italy.

High-altitude vineyards, steep slopes, mineral-rich soils and significant changes in temperature between day and night create wines of remarkable freshness, elegance and complexity. During this guided tasting, guests will explore a selection from Trentino-Alto Adige and Valle d’Aosta, accompanied by seasonal canapés prepared by the Petersham Nurseries kitchen.

The evening will feature wines from renowned producers including Cantina Kaltern, Foradori, Ferrari, Les Crêtes and Franz Haas. From refined sparkling wine and aromatic mountain whites to expressive Pinot Noir, the tasting will celebrate the diversity of Italy’s alpine vineyards and the producers who cultivate them.
