Every year at the Nurseries we have the pleasure of holding a phenomenal meal focusing on gorgeous Alba White Truffle, and we pair it with a handcrafted menu and some incredible wines. This year, we’re partnering with Bruno Paillard, what I consider to be an underrated Champagne House, to host a feast for the senses. I am delighted to host this event while being joined by Clemence from Bruno Paillard to really explore how different types of champagne from her House compliment this mythical ingredient in different ways. What a way to celebrate the season!
