Welcome spring with an intimate Chilean food & wine evening in Amsterdam.

Join us at Spanjer en van Twist for a guided wine tasting experience featuring a selection of boutique Chilean wines, enjoyed alongside curated Chilean dishes, shared at the table.

From 19:00 to 21:30, we’ll taste, explore, and talk about the wines together in a relaxed and approachable way. You’ll learn wine basics, discover new flavors, and — above all — enjoy the experience in good company.

This evening is designed to be social, warm, and welcoming. It’s not a formal dinner, but more than just bites — a thoughtfully curated food & wine experience meant to be enjoyed slowly.

Perfect for a Saturday night out, a cozy evening with friends, or for coming solo and meeting new people.

No prior wine knowledge is needed — just curiosity and a love for good wine.

Come for a taste of the New World! Chile and Argentina are two of the brightest expressions of New World wine — vibrant, fruit-forward, shaped by altitude, ocean winds, and passionate winemakers. During the tasting, you’ll explore five boutique wines that capture the energy and elegance of South American terroirs.

A little story about our Boutique Vineyard

Villard began when a French winemaker decided to bring his European heritage to Chile, creating wines shaped by tradition but energized by the coastal climate of Casablanca.

Von Siebenthal was born from a Swiss family who left their former lives to pursue wine in Aconcagua. Their style blends Swiss precision with Chilean elegance, producing award-winning wines known for depth, balance, and craftsmanship.

Across the Andes in Mendoza, Amansado takes Argentina’s intense grapes and gives them a softer, more refined expression — silky textures, fresh profiles, and the purity that only high-altitude vineyards can deliver.

Three different stories, one shared thread: people who followed their passion and created something remarkable on South American soil.
