About this Event
The evening begins with KARIA Chardonnay, paired with a Millionaire’s Cone featuring corn purée, caviar and chive.
Next, enjoy AVETA Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley alongside Fluke Tiradito with leche de tigre, aji amarillo and cilantro oil.
The dinner continues with FAY Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Wild Mushroom and Prosciutto Cacio e Pepe, followed by ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Wagyu New York Strip with carrots, cashew purée and bordelaise.
To close the evening, a final pour of ESTATE CASK 23 Cabernet Sauvignon will accompany a decadent Gianduja Chocolate Cake with hazelnut mousse and chocolate sauce.
Throughout the evening, a wine specialist will guide guests through each pairing, sharing insights into the wines and the nuances that make each selection unique.
