Join us on Sunday, October 11 at Haven Well Within Roosevelt Field for a complimentary 45-minute Mat Pilates + Meditation class at 9:30 AM, led by Tara DeGregorio (@pilates.with.tara). A former ballerina and certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience, Tara is known for blending classical and contemporary Pilates with a focus on mindful movement, form, and flow.

Following class, enjoy a private shopping experience before the store opens, refreshments and light bites, a $25 gift card, and a complimentary Brands We Love self-care pouch featuring curated wellness favorites.
