Join us at A16 San Francisco on Monday, February 23rd, for a truly special evening with Carla Giusy Favati of I Favati Winery in Irpinia, Campania. Carla will be joining us in person, along with her partner Marco, a talented chef who will be collaborating with our kitchen to create a one-night-only menu inspired by their roots and culinary vision. Together, they’ll bring the flavors of Southern Italy to life through both food and wine.
Throughout the evening, Carla will share stories from her family’s vineyards and guide guests through a selection of I Favati’s expressive wines, made from native grapes like Fiano, Greco, and Aglianico.
