A Celebration of Salon & Delamotte Champagne

Champagne Salon is one of the region’s most legendary and elusive houses, renowned for producing a single, vintage-only Blanc de Blancs from grand cru Chardonnay in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Founded in 1911, Salon is produced only in exceptional years and is celebrated for its precision, longevity, and profound expression of terroir. Delamotte, Salon’s sister house, shares the same historic roots and village, offering a broader range of Champagnes, including both Chardonnay- and Pinot-based cuvées. Together, Salon and Delamotte represent two complementary expressions of Champagne craftsmanship, balancing rarefied prestige with elegant, approachable excellence.

We are honored to welcome Cristian Rimoldi, Export Director for Salon and Delamotte, to Spruce for an unforgettable evening of storytelling and wine. Our culinary team has created a special multi-course menu designed to highlight the depth, elegance, and character of her wines. It promises to be a truly special night—one not to be missed.
