Wine & Juliska: Setting the Holiday Table
About this Event
A well-set table is built on small decisions. Two colors of glass at one seat instead of a matched set. One pattern repeated at three sizes, so the goblet, the pitcher, and the hurricane all answer each other. Flowers kept low enough to see across. A different animal on every covered pot, so no two guests sit down to quite the same thing.
On the first Thursday in October, the French Quarter store opens for an evening with Juliska. Tables will be set with the newest holiday collections, and we'll go through the decisions behind them, one at a time.
The evening includes
- Juliska's newest holiday collections
- A tasting of local wines from Battle Creek Wines
- A raffle for a pair of handblown glass Juliska cocktail coupes
- A handmade Berry & Thread ceramic three-bowl set, an $80 value, free with any purchase of $250 or more

About Juliska
"As newlyweds and unabashed romantics, we founded Juliska in 2001 with a small collection of mouth-blown Bohemian glasses. Today, Juliska makes hundreds of products for the table and home for you, the architects of togetherness."
About Battle Creek Wines
"Our focus is on thoughtfully made artisan wine without any pomp and circumstance. Whether sourced from our namesake vineyard, Battle Creek, or our other beloved vineyards throughout the state, our wines are distinctively Oregon."
