Our resident cheese sommelier has sourced another round of incredible cheeses, and this Saturday she’ll be back at Brooklyn West sharing them alongside a curated lineup of our wines.There’s something timeless about the way wine & cheese interact— each bringing out new textures, aromas, and flavors in the other. Charlotte will guide the experience, explaining why each pairing works and how small differences in balance and structure can completely change what you taste in the glass.
