Sound baths are not suitable if you are:
Under 12 weeks pregnant
Fitted with a pacemaker, suffer from arrhythmias, or severe hypertension (please consult your GP if unsure)
Diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy
Everyone’s experience will be unique – from deep relaxation to emotional release. Hydration is recommended throughout.
