Windermere Dementia Carer Connect

Caring for someone with dementia can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel challenging and isolating. Dementia Carer Connect is a weekly group offering carers a warm, supportive space to learn, share experiences, and feel more confident in their role.
Each session includes gentle education, practical guidance, and time to connect with others who understand. The group is co-produced, meaning carers help shape the topics, speakers, and activities.
