Set within the Lake District and returning for it's second year, the Adventure Trek is the ultimate escape for Stylist readers.
This 10km outdoor challenge with headline partner Intrepid Travel, takes you along the shores of Lake Windermere, with activities including canoeing, rock climbing/abseiling and an assault course alongside a community of like-minded women.
This year, we have introduced a new overnight ticket with limited availability. You can scroll down to select your choice of accommodation as an add-on after selecting your day ticket at checkout.
Expect epic views, team spirit and a rewarding finish at the event village with a finisher medal, goody bag and refreshments.

Please note when purchasing a day ticket, you will select a time and group. The group simply refers to the direction you will start the route in on the day.
Overnight ticket - £120-£175

Your choice of dorm-style accommodation on 17 July
Community buffet dinner at 19:00 on 17 July
Breakfast between 07:00–09:00 on 18 July
Important overnight information:

Luggage storage is available while you take part in the Adventure Trek.

Location: YMCA Lakeside, Newby Bridge, Ulverston, Cumbria LA12 8BD
Event time: 9am–5pm
Start waves: 9am–12pm (select your start time when booking)
Please arrive 30 minutes before your start slot if you are only joining us for the day, to register and collect your Trek number.
Nearest train stations: Kendal or Oxenholme (25–30 min drive)
Select your T-shirt size by 18 June to guarantee availability.
The route:(please note Group B will start the below route in reverse):
Canoe the Lake – 2km canoe along Lake Windermere
The Big Hill to the Tower – forest climb with incredible views
High Dam Circuit – scenic lakeside trek
Mini Rock Face (Optional) – climb or abseil
Rope Descent (Optional) – guided rope descent
Obstacle Course Finish – wooden platforms and rope bridges to the finish line

£5 from each ticket sale will be donated to the Adelante Foundation, through our official charity partner The Intrepid Foundation.
The Adelante Foundation works to improve the standard of living for Honduran women in rural areas by providing small loans for female entrepreneurs. This helps them with their financial independence by starting and growing businesses, to send their children to school, and break intergenerational cycles of poverty.
If you feel inspired, you can also choose to complete this Trek for The Adelante Foundation and raise even more money for the cause.
