Wind Down Wednesday: Honey Bear Sand Art + Mindful Emotions

Join us for a joyful experience designed for children and their grown-ups to slow down, connect, and create together

We’ll begin with a guided mindfulness practice where children are introduced to the idea that emotions, just like colors, come in many forms. Through simple, accessible tools, we’ll explore how to notice our feelings and hold them with a kind awareness.

Following our practice, each child will create their own Honey Bear Sand Art, a colorful keepsake representing the many emotions we carry within us.

This experience is designed to support emotional awareness, creativity, and connection in a fun and meaningful way.
