Wind Down Wednesday: Loving-Kindness + Kindness Rocks & Shells

Join us for a heart-opening Wind Down Wednesday designed for children and their grown-ups to slow down, connect, and spread a little extra kindness

In this special session, we’ll explore the mindfulness practice of loving-kindness, a gentle way of sending care and well wishes to ourselves and others. Through simple, guided prompts, children will learn how kindness can begin within and ripple outward.

Following our mindfulness practice, each child will paint their own kindness rocks and shells, beautiful creations they can choose to keep or hide for someone else to discover. A small act of kindness, shared in a big way.

This experience blends mindfulness, creativity, and connection-offering a meaningful and joyful way to spend time together this summer.
