If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Pieter Coenaerts is one of the pioneer instructors from the Wim Hof Method. He started when the method was still quite unknown and Wim was still teaching the trainings.
He has done research in health, self-development, and how to grow to your fullest potential as a human being, in sports as well as in day-to-day life.
He learned the Wim Hof Method after training a year under the guidance of Wim himself and discovered a true force in it - how to train your mind-set and focus in extreme situations, and how this can be used in daily life.
His personal passion is studying how a person can gain more authenticity, “flow”, strength, and presence in life. Know your fears and find the true potential of the human being in it, build up that inner fire!" This is the main message that he is striving for and that he transmits through his workshops via motivation, loads of enthusiasm, and coaching.
