Warren will lead the discussion about vitality and energy in ayurveda.
Iulia will guide you through creating breakfast recipes that will boost your energy for the day. We will make together no-yeast seeds bread and raw carrot spread as well as chia pudding. We end our session with a tasting of our own creations while opening the space for questions and answers.
