Discover how to use your breath to control your nervous system, your mood and your health!
Learn how breathwork and cold immersion can supercharging your health, as well as your confidence, as the workshop goes along. The Wim Hof Method is backed by science. We know that knowledge is power! And, as Wim says "Feeling is Understanding" so you will be learning AS you are doing. This will definitely be a day of empowerment!
What to expect…
As I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, my workshops always feature some yoga - get the blood flowing!
I’ll tell you how the Wim Hof Method helped me recover from an autoimmune disease and explain the Three Pillars: cold, breathing and mindset.
You’ll experience a magical WHM breathwork session and I’ll explain how this resets your nervous system, alkalises the boood and primes your body for the cold exposure. After drinks and snacks we will prepare for the Icebath and explain all the clever things that will happen in your body: our bodies have an amazing ability to heal itself…. We just forgot to allow it!
Questions are encouraged throughout the workshop!
I hope you’ll leave with a huge smile on your face and a new love for the Wim Hof Method.
No experience in anything, apart from life, is required!
