Join us, February 1st at 6:30am, for your last long run before the Wilmington half and full marathon on February 22nd! This will be a fully supported run with 2-3 water and gel stops for the 10 mile route and 6-7 water and gel stops for the 20 mile route! Course maps and descriptions will be provided! On course nutrition will be brought to you by Huma gels! The same gels that you will find on course for race day.
