Step into the stillness of Autumn and awaken your inner Owl.Through gentle, nature-inspired Qigong, Sue Llewellyn founder of Surrey Hills Qigong will guide you to tune into the deep wisdom of your body - sensing, breathing, and moving with quiet awareness.
Then, under the guidance of willow artist Lorraine Ellery Matthews from @HedgesandHurdles you’ll weave your own little owl sculpture to take home.
The owl is our guide for the day - a symbol of deep listening, clear vision, and trust in your own inner knowing.
This unique collaboration blends movement, breath, and craft in
the beautiful woodland setting of Birtley, surrounded by Autumn colour and peace.
What to expect:
