SAS Wellbeing Day

Welcome everyone, and thank you so much for being here today.This is our SAS Wellbeing Day – a chance for SAS-grade doctors from both Ashford and St Peter’s and the Royal Surrey trusts to come together, take a breath, and spend some valuable time connecting with colleagues.We know how easy it is, in the midst of busy schedules and clinical pressures, to feel isolated or to lose sight of the bigger picture of our work and our wellbeing. So today is about stepping back and reminding ourselves that we’re not alone in this journey.I really hope you find today useful, restorative, and even inspiring.
