Specific rules in this instruction sheet supersede any conflicting tournament rules. � Structure: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut, depending on attendance � Players allowed in your venue cannot be restricted from this event for any reason other than physical space requirements to ensure fairness and inclusivity for the community. � Swiss Rounds: 60 minutes, best of 3 � Top Cut Rounds: � Best-of-three � Untimed rounds (optional 70 minutes but must be announced prior to the beginning of the top cut rounds)
