Join us for an in-person tour of the !
These spaces in the Santa Monica Mountains have been landscaped and constructed with Wildfire Defense in mind.
See examples of Home Hardening installations, Defensible Space landscaping, and best practices for protecting your home and community from wildfires. The tour will be hosted by the Malibu Forestry Unit and the Resource Conservation District of Santa Monica Mountains (RCDSMM), who will be available to answer questions on-site.
*Snacks and refreshments will be provided during the tour.
