Step outside your comfort zone and into the wild at Dunwoody Nature Center’s Wilderness Survival workshop! This immersive, two-hour experience will equip you with foundational survival skills that every outdoor enthusiast should know. Learn how to build a primitive shelter, start a fire using traditional methods, and practice techniques that foster self-reliance in unpredictable outdoor situations. Whether you’re prepping for your next hiking adventure or simply looking to challenge yourself in nature, this class offers a fun, active way to build confidence and capability in the great outdoors.
Geared for ages 10 and up, this program is perfect for adults and families with older kids looking to level up their outdoor know-how—no prior experience required.
