The WildCore™ Movement & Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who are ready to embark on a quest for and lead from their own wild CORE!
This is a career advancing training for people who are interested in functional and playful movement, healing arts education, and want to live a life of purpose. The curriculum will support you in exploring your unique teaching styles while integrating a wide array of practices that promote resonance and conversation with your Wild Core. Weaving ancient wisdom with modern movement creates an environment to remember your untamed self-discovery. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, communication & teaching skills.
This program is broken up into 6 modules and extends 9-18 months, depending on how quickly you want to move through the combined in-person retreats, online content and live mentorship calls.
