Join Elizabeth Ruff, E-RYT 500, for a delightful yoga series in the Library Garden:
Poetry In Motion
Using the words & metaphors of John O’Donohue, Thich Nhat Hanh, Mary Oliver, Rainer Maria Rilke, Victoria Hutchins and Rumi, you will be guided through simple, sacred functional movement-based yoga and breath work that will enliven your soul and sweeten your life! Yoga mats are available to borrow.

Elizabeth first practiced yoga in 1993 and guided her first class in 2002. After years of guiding beginner yoga series, flow yoga and power vinyasa, Elizabeth now focuses her teaching on practical yoga that supports functional biomechanics, healthy aging, movement intelligence and brain health. All are welcome in her dynamic and playful classes!
