Having experienced burnout, depression and a sexless marriage, I know what itโs like to feel like there must be more to life than what I was currently experiencing.
After sitting in my first womenโs circle in 2009, I realized that to heal myself, I had to first connect to myself - fully. To embrace ALL of who I amโฆ
This started me on my path to learning about yoga, meditation, tantra, sacred sexuality, relationships and intimacy.
15 years in (and countless tissues for tears and belly laughs later), I have facilitated 10,000+ hours and worked with thousands of paid clients around the world to feel more connected, free and alive like never before.
