Are you ready to get into Acroyoga? This beginner series will give you all the skills you need to have a blast flying basing, and spotting in acroyoga.
Fun and Safety are our top priorities. The four week / four session series will enable you to find comfort in the basic acroyoga poses and flows, teach you how to progress your acroyoga practice safely, and impart to you the shared culture and language found in acroyoga communities all over the world so you can connect, play, and learn wherever you travel.
The four class series is taught by Bryce Hodgkinson and Tereza Janikova, who have been teaching acroyoga for a combined 9 years, and practicing for a combined 20.
Classes are held in a facility with padded flooring. The only equipment we require you to bring are your favourite athletic clothing and water.
You're welcome to sign up with friends or by yourself!
