The heart is electromagnetic and full of wisdom. Opening and activating the heart is one of the most powerful energetic shifts we can do.
Did you know that the brain has more reseptors coming in FROM the heart, than the other way around? It means the heart is guiding the brain.
You have propably heard the saying "follow your heart". But how do we know when it is the heart speaking? How can we know it is our intuition? Deep down, we often do know, but our guidance might be clouded by fear in one form or another.
This, and more we will explore this evening.
In this powerful gathering for women, we will first drink some heart opening cacao.
Then we proceed to connect to our hearts.
We will let the heart be felt. To be our guide.
Let the heart dance, and lead our bodies intuitively on the dance floor.
We will welcome our softness. Sensuality. Compassion. Love. Wisdom. Power.
We will practice to give and receive love.
We will learn to let our heart speak and offer guidance, and how to listen.
About Wild Woman events:
Wild Woman came to life through a clear and heart-guided vision that came through in meditation.
Vilja and Henriette proceeded to gather their energy, knowledge and curiousity to facilitate this all female concept.
Wild Woman are for us women to come together to express, be witnessed, supported, free, open, honest and raw. To move our energy together, physically and mentally. To share and to hold eachother.
In Wild Woman we combine energetic exercises with movement on the the dancefloor.
We grow together. We rise together.
