The doors open at 10.30am and close at 5pm, giving you plenty of time to listen to the speakers browse a few select stalls. Merchistoun Hall is set in beautiful grounds, you can bring your own lunch, there is no food available at the venue, however hot drinks are provided. The conference is timetabled so you can listen to all the speakers, as well as take time out in the breaks to meet friends and make some new ones.
