Autumn is in full flow and the sense of release into Wintering can be strong. We can also feel as if the darkening nights are draining our energy.
In this circle we will be sharing how the Autumn and deep winter can be healing, transformative and a positive shift from the masculine energy of summer.
We will also enjoy a Chakra clearing ritual to help us let go of that which is no longer serving us.
Not only will we move through yoga and join together in a guided meditation. But we will also be sharing innate feminine wisdom, chanting, journaling, ritual and positive manifestation. This is not a religious class and is open to all who are open minded about spirit, mother earth and their own spirituality.
This circle is a powerful and re-awaking space for all who identify as female.
