Wild Routes: Spring Foraging Walk

Join me, local forager Leanne, passionate about wild plants and the sories they can tell us, for a relaxed guided spring walk at the beautiful Swift Valley nature reserve. Take time to slow down, connect with the landscape and meet the wild plants growing around us.

What you can expect:

• Understand the principles of safe, ethical and sustainable foraging.
• Learn to itentify some common wild edibles as well as those best to avoid.
• Explore traditional uses, folklore and old plant stories.
• Taste a small selection of wild foods and drinks and share some recipe ideas.

We will meet in the car park at swift valley. No previous experience is needed, just an open and curious mind and some comfortable walking shoes.
