Wild Roots: The Intentional Table is the first in a series of immersive gatherings designed to bring people back into connection through food, ritual, and conscious community.
This is a curated botanical banquet for 60 guests — a shared table experience centred around seasonal plant-based dining, functional ingredients, medicinal mushrooms, and intentional ritual.
This event is currently being carefully curated, with a growing collective of wellness practitioners, food creators, herbalists, movement facilitators and conscious brands being invited into the experience.
🌿 The experience begins 🌱
Guests arrive into a wellbeing market space featuring a small, carefully selected group of traders offering food, botanical products, wellness tools, and conscious craft.
This space is intentionally limited and curated to ensure each trader is experienced meaningfully rather than lost in volume.
A botanical welcome drink is served on arrival as guests explore, connect, set intentions and arrive into the space.
🌿 The Intentional Table 🌱
Guests are invited to gather for a shared dining experience, beginning with a guided opening meditation and food blessing.
A seasonal four-course plant-based banquet follows, designed around functional ingredients, adaptogens, herbs, and medicinal mushrooms — where plants are the hero of the plate.
The meal is served communally, encouraging conversation, presence, and connection throughout.

Throughout the experience, there are moments of storytelling and reflection woven into the afternoon.
The experience closes with a cacao dessert ritual and gentle grounding practice.

Please note that our kitchen is a pop-up, small-batch operation where plants are the hero of the menu. Dishes are predominantly plant-based and gluten-free where possible, however we may use or come into contact with ingredients including celery, mustard, nuts, seeds, sesame, soya and other allergens.
While we take great care in preparation, we operate in an environment where cross-contamination may occur and cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
It is the responsibility of guests with allergies or dietary requirements to inform us in advance and to exercise personal judgement when dining.
