This is structured rest — a guided experience using breath, gentle movement, nervous system practices (like shaking and unwinding), side-lying rest, and the soothing sound of the gong to help your body and mind deeply reset.

Sunday 14th December - 18:00 - 19:30 The Cabin Birdham (log burner)

This class is deeply nourishing and we will have a sharing, some practice and deep rest. I do play the gong - so if you are noise sensitive or have epilepsy it may not be suitable, but let me know and we can do one without!
