You are invited to a full day workshop on Wild Goose qigong (chi kung) on November 9th in Altrincham. It is a lovely practise, over a thousand years old, imitating the geese that fly over the Kunlun Mountains. The movements open the acupuncture points and energy channels, gently increase flexibility, stimulate the circulation, improve balance, and calm the mind. Message me for more information.
