Wild Goose Qigong
Wild Goose (“Dayan” 大雁 in Chinese) Qigong is an ancient Chinese Taoist movement art that nurtures one’s inner energy – Qi – and restores a healthy mind and body. The 64 movement first set mimics the wild goose, a highly revered animal of ancient China. With regular practice one can learn to access Qi for self-healing, restore vital energy, and strengthen one’s immune system to promote a healthy, balanced, and long life. Join Wen Wu School Portland for weekly Wild Goose Qigong practice classes, which include tai chi warm-ups, acupressure self-massage, and walking meditation through the Garden.
