Wild Femme Women's Circle

Last month, we ignited the fire. Now we ground it.

This circle is about rooted power, the kind that doesn’t rush, overextend, or abandon itself under pressure, but moves from alignment, clean boundaries and trusting your body enough to move when it’s true, and stop when it’s not.

This is not a workshop or a chat. This is a Wild Femme somatic initiation.

Through breathwork, hapé ceremony, intuitive embodied practices, boundary activation, rage release and sacral reclamation, you will build unshakable self trust, release the pattern of self abandonment when intensity rises and deepen the kind of courage that doesn't waver, so you can move from rooted power and aligned action

This is trauma-informed, deeply held work for women who know they are meant to move, lead, and live more fully, without shrinking or burning out

Day of Circle

Eat a light breakfast.

Hapé works best on an empty stomach. We won’t begin with it, but it will be served in the in the first half of the circle

• Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• Journal + pen for reflection and integration
• Any altar items that feel meaningful to you (crystals, photos, sacred symbols, etc.)
• Light snack for our break (Hapé tends to work up an appeitie)
