Kia ora koutou,Wild Dalmore Reserve and I are hosting a Wild Dalmore Dance Day ....
When: Saturday the 28th of March at 2:30pm
Where: Dalmore Reserve, 20 Allenby Ave, Pine Hill
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and closed toe comfortable shoes, you can move freely outside in.
What to bring: A water bottle, paper and a pen to journal with (if you wish).
The Wild Dalmore Dance Day is a playful site specific movement session that invites you to explore some nature based movement and art in the very special Dalmore Reserve.
You will learn about Wild Dalmore Reserves regenerative methods and then play with these through a loosely structured group dance improvisation. Lastly you will learn a short and simple dance phrase inspired by the native orchids that grow in the Dalmore Reserve.

This is a free event that is open to everyone. No prior dance experience is required.
