About The Space
A therapist-led space for connection, reflection, and healing — held in the heart of Birmingham.
Wild & Wise is a group therapy circle for adults, offering a confidential, grounded space to pause, reconnect, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, loss, relationship challenges, addiction, shame, or simply feeling stuck, this space meets you where you are.
What this space offers
This is group therapy, not a workshop or talking group.
It’s a facilitated therapeutic space where we:
- slow things down
- connect with what’s present
- share (if you want to)
- and gently explore what’s underneath
You won’t be put on the spot.
You’re always in choice about how you take part.
This circle is for anyone navigating:
- grief or loss
- anxiety or low mood
- life transitions or relationship challenges
- addiction or patterns that feel hard to shift
- feelings of shame, overwhelm, or disconnection
- or simply the need for deeper, more honest connection
Why group therapy?
There’s something powerful about being in a room where you don’t have to pretend.
Group work can:
- reduce feelings of isolation
- offer new perspectives
- support emotional regulation
- and create a sense of shared humanity
This is therapy held in community.
Structure of each session
- Arrival & grounding
- Opening check-in
- Facilitated group process (sharing, reflection, therapeutic exercises)
- Practical tools for emotional awareness & regulation
- Closing & integration
You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp group for light support between sessions.

When
This session: Tuesday 22nd September 2026
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Wild & Wise Birmingham is currently offered as an occasional circle, rather than monthly.
Our last session was held earlier this year, and we’ll be continuing to offer Birmingham spaces at intervals alongside our monthly circles in London and Buckinghamshire.
This means there may be a longer gap before the next Birmingham session — so if you feel called to join us, this is a good opportunity to step in.

We’re committed to keeping this space accessible while protecting the integrity of the group.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling a little lighter.
With care,
Jordan & Kiran
Facilitators
Wild & Wise is co-facilitated by husband and wife team Jordan and Kiran Quinn, both trained therapists.
With over a decade of combined experience in therapeutic practice, they bring a grounded, compassionate approach to group work — blending professional training with lived experience. Alongside their private work, they’re both active in the wider social impact space, supporting community mental health and trauma recovery.
Kiran also offers 1:1 therapy locally, while Jordan facilitates additional therapeutic spaces in Birmingham and London including Brum Circle and other community-led initiatives.
Kiran Quinn
Kiran is a UKCP accredited Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist, trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. She works with adults and has over four years of experience in both individual and group therapy. Kiran creates compassionate, reflective spaces for deep healing and self-discovery. Much of her work supports clients navigating loss, whether through bereavement, the end of a relationship or the loss of a job, as well as those living with trauma and anxiety. She also works with people experiencing deep sadness, anger, or those who come to therapy feeling emotionally numb. Kiran is also a registered member of the BACP.
Jordan Quinn
Jordan is an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Practitioner and Advanced EF T Practitioner, currently in the final year of a Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. He works across three placements — RSVP (supporting survivors of sexual violence), a secondary school, and a young people's mental health hub — and facilitates therapeutic group spaces through Brum Circle and The Hope Movement. Jordan draws on a trauma-informed, body-based approach, integrating EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Compassionate Inquiry, supporting emotional regulation, connection, and healing. Jordan is also a registered member of the BACP. British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
