In-person and livestream, eight-week courses in - Sutton Coldfield Meeting House
Short guided meditations, engaging teaching, and paired discussions. Includes e-resources to continue your practice at home.
Week 1: Natural Breath - Noticing the breath to calm and centre
Week 2: Purifying Breath - Clear tension and mental clutter to feel lighter
Week 3: Counting the Breath - Tracking each breath to increase awareness
Week 4: Positive Breath - Strengthen positive states through the breath
Week 5: Kind Breath - Develop self respect and ease in your interactions
Week 6: Focused Breath - Sharpen concentration and mental focus
Week 7: Mantra Breath - Using breath and mantra to encourage clarity
Week 8: Secret Breath - A rare Himalayan practice for deep transformation
This eight-week course is led by Adam Dacey, an international meditation teacher, author, & founder of Mindspace with over 30 years of experience. Please get in touch to invite him to deliver at your company, school, group.
