Widow & Widower Support Group- Together in Transitions

Join our peer-led Widow & Widower Support Group hosted by Caris Healthcare. This free group offers a compassionate and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the journey of grief and life after the loss of a spouse or partner.

Each gathering includes an introduction and check-in, educational information about grief and coping, open discussion, and opportunities for connection with others who understand.

We also provide helpful grief resources, information about community events, and occasional arts and crafts grief therapy activities designed to encourage healing and self-expression. We work toward finding balance between honoring your previous life and adjusting to the changes of your new journey.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are welcome to attend at your own comfort level. You never have to share more than you wish. Our goal is to provide support, encouragement, compassion, and community as you move through your grief process.

• Free to attend.
• We meet the 2nd and 4th Friday from 10-11:30 am.
• All are widows, widowers or loss of significant other are welcome.
• St. Clair Senior Center allows anyone to attend a support group, so 18 and up are welcomed
