Wicked Wednesday Wine Walk
About this Event
This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy a midweek treat. Meet us at Cappelli Wine at 484 Main St and let the fun begin, where we drink wine, share stories about the haunted buildings and paranormal experiences we've had in the area.
At around 7 P.M. O'Clock, we stroll down to Bubbles on Main, an amazing new business where Christina has opened a 1920’s style Speak-Easy, that used to be the Cary House, Cigar and Liquor Lounge, and hear how the towns, then, prominent figures still haunt the building, visit with the staff and once and a while have glass of brandy themselves over hushed conversations.
After we leave Bubbles on Main at about 7 P.M. O’clock, we go across the street to the Placerville Public House, and have another glass of wine or beer. Where so many have met there last moments at the fabled Hangman’s Tree, and still have fun turning taps on, locking workers out of the building, and from time to time, tap people on the shoulders.
For those that wish to stay the night after the event, we recommend The Cary House Hotel, The Glen Morey Bed and Breakfast or at one of the stunning Air BNB's in Placerville or Camino!
