Join Us for the 2026 Walk of Hope!The Walk of Hope is the Hereditary Neurological Disease Centre (HNDC)’s only in-person fundraising event of the year. Every dollar raised stays in the community to support families affected by Huntington’s Disease (HD), providing medical care, support services, and genetic testing at little or no cost. Funds also advance national research through the New York Brain Bank.

Participants can enjoy a morning of hope and connection. Activities include an optional 1-mile walk, raffle baskets and a silent auction, face painting and balloon twisting, seasonal refreshments, and event t-shirts for purchase.
All raffle and auction items are generously donated by local businesses. One hundred percent of proceeds go directly to services and research. No funds are used for staff or overhead.
