Why Every Business Needs Moral Rebels

What is a moral rebel? Are you one? It takes a brave person to stand up for what is right when others disagree. What business advantage do moral rebels bring?

Organisations who want to be a force for good face moral dilemmas to succeed. Difficult trading conditions may compromise their values. Additionally, discriminatory attitudes and behaviours are increasing in the workplace, which, if tolerated, can negatively affect staff morale and culture.
