In this practical workshop, we’ll dive into what executive function actually is, the role of your spiky profile in motivation and why how your interest-based nervous system can be your best friend or worst enemy (if non of these terms make any sense to you now, don’t worry, they will by the end of the workshop) when it comes to motivation.

This session isn’t about rigid routines, coloured spreadsheets or productivity apps and hacks that fall apart after a week. It’s about building a business that’s energising, not exhausting where focus, momentum, and calm are actually possible.
