Keynote Speaker
Lindsey Mazza
Lindsey Mazza is a lawyer, inclusive leadership expert, disability advocate, and mentor. Born with Holt-Oram Syndrome, she spent much of her life pushing past real and perceived limitations while concealing her visible difference. As a founding partner of a multi-city law firm, she defied expectations in an industry where accessibility is often overlooked. After the loss of her father, a Superior Court Judge and equality advocate, Lindsey embraced her difference as a strength and shifted her career to empower others through self-advocacy and inclusion.

Amandipp Singh
Amandipp Singh is the founder of Enabled Talent, a Canadian accessibility and inclusion company building technology-enabled solutions for disability-inclusive employment. Shaped by lived experience of partial blindness, his work focuses on practical, systems-level change across hiring and workforce design. He has been recognized as a Top Tech Innovator, with work spanning Canada, Africa, Europe, and the MENA region.
Secil Ertorer
Prof. Secil Ertorer is the Associate Dean of Applied Social Psychology and Health Care Management at the University of Niagara Falls. She is a sociologist and social psychologist whose work examines prejudice, racism, identity, migration, inclusion, and mental health in an increasingly polarized world.
With over twenty years of academic experience in Canada and the United States, Dr. Ertorer has conducted research across multiple countries, focusing on how immigrant and minority communities navigate settlement, belonging, and exclusion in receiving societies. She has also provided diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy to social organizations and corporations, including Microsoft.
Dr. Ertorer is the author of Racism and Identity in a Xenophobic World and serves as Guest Editor of the journal Social Sciences and Co-Chair of the Canadian Sociological Association Race and Ethnicity Research Cluster.
Jonathan Belgrave
Jonathan is a Higher Education Marketing professional. In his current role he is the Marketing Manager for Brock University where he developed Speaking with Pride, a queer day of learning. He also dedicates volunteer time to serving several community organizations one of which is acting as Chair of the St. Catharines 2SLGBTQ+ Advisory Committee.
Lilian Lum Mbah
Lilian Lum Mbah is a multi award-winning entrepreneur, 5X mom, speaker, and CEO/Founder of Divine Favour Healthcare Staffing Inc. She is a senior care advocate and coach who empowers immigrant and newcomer women while building stronger, more inclusive communities through leadership, compassion, and culturally responsive care.
Yusuf Al-Harazi
Yusuf Al‑Harazi is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Specialist at Niagara Region. He plays a central role in implementing the Region’s DEI Action Plan. In this capacity, Yusuf leads efforts to design and deliver inclusive training initiatives that build cultural humility and understanding across the corporation, while overseeing DEI communications which promote significant dates, amplify diverse voices, and reflect Niagara’s diverse communities.

Ather Shabbar
Ather is keenly interested in ecosystem change that capitalizes on engagement of diverse groups to achieve organizational business goals while advancing inclusion. Ather has extensive experience in designing management development curriculum, leadership development, and many other learning programmes both in private and public sectors. Ather is an expert and facilitator of co-design sessions.
