Step into a day of deep self-care, sisterhood, and healing at Wholeness Fest, a soulful women’s retreat hosted by The Black Dove Studio and The Sage & Spirit.
Join us on Sunday, May 4th, from 9 AM to 6 PM for a transformative experience designed to reconnect you with your true essence and restore harmony within.
Nurture your mind, body, and spirit with a variety of heart-opening, soul-nourishing practices, including:
Reiki Circle: Begin your journey with a gentle energy healing to restore balance and release any tension.
Journaling Workshop: Flow through a sacred writing space to connect with your inner wisdom and clarity.
Cosmic Improv: Embrace playful creativity as you step into spontaneous expression and joy.
Heart Healing Ceremony: A beautiful ritual to release old wounds and invite healing into your heart.
Yoga: Gentle, mindful movement to awaken your body and center your soul.
Ayurveda: Discover the ancient practices of Ayurveda to honor your body’s unique rhythms.
Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound to soothe and restore your spirit.
