Slow Your Sunday Roll!
We will begin with a slow flow, beginner friendly routine, taught by local yogi, Jessie James, followed by a heart opening meditation with Sharon, reiki master and owner of the black dove, and ending with a Sound Bath provided by special guest Emily Love of Luna Soul Sound Healing.
