Whole Hearted Living Program- 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training

Now's the time. We're offering our signature 200-hour training, rooted in Vinyasa
and YOD Yoga Methodologies. You will also learn the Classical Mat Pilates formate method.
Gain valuable leadership skills, learn the foundations of yoga asana, meditation and self inquiry, and join a powerful community! You will learn, grow and laugh together!! You will be set up for success to teach a vinyasa and Pilates class from your heart and intuition. You will leave inspired and set up to follow your North Star.

You will be a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher & Mat Pilates Teacher

$3,750 is the total, after your deposit- the fee is $3,250 Or ask about payment plan options.

Saturday: 9–4 pm (morning class)
Sunday: 9– 4 pm (morning class)
