Vendor Marketplace
Promote your business, organization, or brand during one of the Southeast's premier ballroom weekends. NO FOOD OR ADULT BEVERAGES ALLOWED
Vendor tables provide an excellent opportunity to engage hundreds of attendees throughout the Carefree Expo and Southern Region House Ball. Space is limited, and reservations will close once all vendor spaces have been filled.
Changing/Storage Space Reservations
Changing/Storage Spaces are available for Houses, teams, and individual competitors preparing for Grand March and competition.
Because space is limited, advance reservations are strongly encouraged. Rooms will be assigned in the order reservations are received.
Changing/Storage Space
The dressing rooms are intended solely for changing clothes and storing personal belongings before and during the event. They are not designed as intense glam, hair, or makeup preparation areas.
Each dressing space is separated by event curtains to provide basic privacy and is furnished with tables, chairs, and standard lighting. Space is limited, so participants are asked to keep belongings organized, respect neighboring areas, and avoid blocking walkways.
Participants who require additional beauty or grooming accommodations should bring their own glam supplies and equipment. If you need enhanced lighting, portable fans, mirrors, or other beauty accessories, please bring battery-operated items, as dedicated electrical hookups and vanity stations will not be provided or be limited.
