Who decides and how? Lets talk about community decision making!

Its our next event! This one will be different from the last and its all to do with community led decision making...

Obviously we are creating a back story - this is to free up your creative juices to fully engage in a range of different community decision making... Which model will you be gifted...

...maybe you are based in a community that has decided to put their faith in the decision making powers of a meerkat that escaped from Hamilton Zoo

...or perhaps you have decided to create hive groups that democratically decide before making any big decisions...

...or maybe you chose a group of local elders to lead the path to prosperity

This event is about storming these ideas - if we had to do decision making differently - what would you choose and why?

There will be a twist on the night :) but this is going to be fast paced with more integration across teams and with the wider group.
